This machine produce fin tube without tube connector. So it doesn't need to stop the machine to connect tubes and it is possible to produce big size tube by changing tube chuck.Highly skilled operator is not required because each part of system are linked each others and automatically driven by pushing the "Start Button".This machine has uniformed welding quality due to automatic adjustment welding power depend on welding speed. In case of electric arc, the machine protect the tube by means of spark detector, plate and grid O.C.R. devices so minimize tube damage.
